Technical Sheet: Mini Split Confortotal Heat Pump Inverter Wi-Fi

1. General Description

A high energy-efficiency Mini Split climate control system (indoor and outdoor unit). By integrating Inverter technology, the compressor modulates its speed to maintain a constant temperature, eliminating startup spikes, reducing mechanical wear, and achieving significant electrical savings. It features a reversible cycle (Heat Pump) to offer both cooling and heating, and a factory-installed Wi-Fi module for remote management.

2. Configuration Variants

Based on the options reflected in the image_1c8548.png file, this model of the Inverter line excludes model termination letters and is configured under the following exact combinations:

  • Electrical Voltage: 110V | 220V

  • Capacities (Tons): 1 Ton | 1.5 Ton | 2 Ton | 3 Ton

3. Technical Specifications by Capacity

Capacity Equivalence (BTU/h) Available Voltage Options in Series Recommended Application
1 Ton 12,000 BTU/h 110V / 220V Standard rooms, small offices (12 - 16 m²).
1.5 Ton 18,000 BTU/h 110V / 220V (subject to stock) Master bedrooms, medium living rooms (16 - 24 m²).
2 Ton 24,000 BTU/h 220V Open areas, small commercial spaces (24 - 32 m²).
3 Ton 36,000 BTU/h 220V Large spaces, high ceilings, or areas with high thermal load (32 - 45 m²).
(Technical Note: Although the panel shows 110V as a general option, in the HVAC industry, 2 and 3 Ton capacities operate exclusively at 220V due to high amperage demands).

4. Operational Features (Inverter Technology)

  • Energy Efficiency (SEER): Being an Inverter system, this unit offers a significantly higher efficiency rating (SEER) than standard (On/Off) models, optimizing power consumption during low thermal loads.

  • Smart Control (Wi-Fi): Allows pairing with mobile applications (Smart Home) for remote power control, temperature adjustments, and routine programming from any location.

  • Operating Modes:

    • Cool (Variable speed cooling).

    • Heat (Efficient heating via a reversing valve).

    • Dry (Dehumidification for moisture control).

    • Auto (Smart adjustment to maintain ambient comfort without manual intervention).

  • Quiet Operation: The Inverter motor drastically reduces noise levels in both the indoor (evaporator) and outdoor (condenser) units, making it ideal for resting or working spaces.

  • Refrigerant Gas: Uses eco-friendly, high-thermal-transfer refrigerants (typically R410A or R32), pre-charged in the outdoor unit.

5. Installation Requirements and Precautions

  • System Vacuum: Unlike standard equipment, Inverter systems strictly require the use of a vacuum pump and a micron gauge during installation. The presence of moisture or non-condensable gases in the copper lines will degrade the compressor's synthetic oil and void the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Electronic Protection (PCB): The printed circuit boards of Inverter equipment (especially the outdoor PCB) are highly sensitive to voltage fluctuations. It is strongly recommended to ensure proper grounding (GND) and, in areas with unstable power grids, evaluate the use of a dedicated voltage protector.

  • Power Supply: The system must be on its own dedicated circuit breaker with appropriately sized electrical wiring. Main power should be connected exactly as indicated by the equipment's wiring diagram (either directly to the outdoor or indoor unit, depending on the specific model revision).
