Shipping policy

Mini Split Systems: Mini split orders require up to 2 weeks for processing and shipping.

General Merchandise: All other store items ship within 5 business days or less.

High-Volume Exceptions: During peak periods of high order volume, fulfillment times for all items may occasionally extend up to 3 weeks.

Order Processing: Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Fulfillment timelines begin once your payment has been successfully processed and verified.

Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is being processed. 

Carrier Delays: Once a package is transferred to the designated carrier, transit times are outside of our direct control, and unexpected carrier delays may occur.
