WARRANTY POLICY - CONFORTOTAL USA LLC

CONFORTOTAL USA LLC guarantees the buyer of CONFORTOTAL air conditioning models, used under normal conditions, for a period of 5 (FIVE) YEARS ON THE COMPRESSOR and 1 (ONE) YEAR ON PARTS.

CONDITIONS FOR THE USER

1. WARRANTY VALIDITY: This warranty is valid exclusively when the equipment has been installed by the same distributor or certified technician who made the sale of the unit.
2. SERVICE MANAGEMENT: For any claim, the end customer must contact the distributor or technician who acquired and installed the equipment directly. CONFORTOTAL will not make deliveries of spare parts or process warranty procedures directly to end users.
3. COVERAGE SCOPE: CONFORTOTAL's responsibility is strictly limited to the replacement of parts or components that present manufacturing defects, subject to prior technical validation. Delivery of such parts will be made exclusively to technicians or distributors with an active registry with the company. The warranty does not cover labor costs, freight, travel expenses, tools, or refrigerant recharges.
4. LIABILITY LIMITATION: CONFORTOTAL is not responsible, under any circumstances, for damages, failures, accidents, or performance losses resulting from improper installation, technical negligence, or errors in equipment assembly by third parties.
5. COMPRESSOR: The compressor warranty covers only the physical supply of the part through the registered distributor. It does not include labor for its replacement or additional materials. This warranty will be void if the compressor shows damage due to electrical failures or lack of protection.
6. REMOTE CONTROL: Comes with a limited warranty of 3 months for manufacturing defects.

CONFORTOTAL DOES NOT VALIDATE THE WARRANTY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• When the equipment has been installed by a person or company other than the original seller.
• Lack of verifiable preventive maintenance (cleaning of coils, filters, and drainage check) at least every 6 months.
• Failures derived from incorrect installation, omission of the vacuum process, or errors in electrical and pipe connections.
• Damage caused by voltage variations, lack of physical ground, or absence of adequate thermal protectors.
• Damage from freezing, corrosion in saline environments, natural disasters, accidents, or external impacts.
• If the product was used under conditions other than those specified in the user manual.
